Exporting Low Poly Help

A question, please. Should I export my low poly with or without smoothing groups (and in that last case bake the hard edges on a normal map from the high poly)? Because I'm having an issue with my model where I always get artifacts due to the hard edges of my low poly. Even with uv shell with enough padding the result doesn't pleased me... what should I do?

Hi there :)

Lowpoly should be exported with smoothing groups included (and with smoothing groups from UV shells applied to it).
If you still have trouble with it, please share some screenshots so we can see what is going on and solve it for future projects :)
