I have only ever worked in Blender but I decided to bite the bullet and got Tim's excellent AKM tutorial. It was surprisingly much less of a headache to follow and was able to translate what he did pretty painlessly into Blender, with a few exceptions. I'd really like the FFD modifier and the peel tool for the UVs but aside from that I didn't have any trouble. Here is the result.

Hey man, fantastic job on translating the information from 3Ds max into Blender, I know it could be tricky sometimes to convert some actions from one software to another, but seems to me that you certainly succeeded in that :) Been checking out your renders on artstation, well done :) :thumbsup_dude:
