I created this environment for a games technical art module in my second year of university. The brief was to create a small scale interior environment based on a specific games setting and art style. I chose the Witcher 3 as I wanted to create a scene set in a historical setting. I created this blacksmith scene using references from both the Witcher 3 along with similar games and real-life references.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
Cheers

Pretty interesting to see that! 15 years ago one of my first works was also kind of medieval blacksmith))) I was a very-very beginner, and it's cool to see your attempts to make your way. Stay hungry and you'll achieve the goal. And about your blacksmith - I can pay your attention to one thing - torches!))) Noone will ever place torches on the walls at such hight, so closed to wooden constructions. You should think about it. Because your attention to such small things will make you improve! There are many of them in your work, but that is pretty obvious!
And that source of light, that you placed behind the camera - it also doesn't fit. It's like UFO landed somewhere outside, destroyed the wall and just beaming with spotlight))) No offense, but just look at it. You need to learn to work with GI and lights inside the scene.
