Hey cowolfox, glad you like the tutorial but.. impossible to make a guess on what could be the cause for it. Did you try what happens if you make some more connections, does it start showing then?
I am not even sure I understand the problem correctly, parts of your geometry are disappearing?

Sometimes I draw the building there is some polygon like the left in the Pic, I don't know it is the N-Gon or this is the Wrong-Gon? I output the FBX then goto the UE4, the face is missing.
But I draw a text or a star, it is a N-Gon too. In UE4 there is nothing wrong.

Ahh, I see the problem now .. good thing you had the wireframe showing for it.
Simply connect these edges here to avoid the overlapping that you otherwise get.

Always connect things wherever possible to avoid issues.

As you said some teachers encourage to make models with quads but is it possible to make quads in the above video with rifle?

Hello faizan, yes of course.. technically you could do everything with quads. Nothing stands in the way of it but then it's just often not necessary.
Remember that even if you use NGons you are still working with triangles basically. That is why it's important to know what the triangulation is up to.
On a flat surface it doesn't matter much how things triangulate .. so that's why we get away with Ngons, triangles and there is really no need to have it all 100% quads as it will be triangulated the moment it goes into the engine!
