Fantasy sword best topo?

Hello 😀 I have been watching your tutorials and they help me out a lot in how to model some stuff. I am trying to model a fantasy sword that could be used in games like Warcraft or DOTA, having some trouble in making a good topology for it. was hoping maybe you could take a look at the drawing and tell me how I could model it best to have a good edge flow. After I am done with it I want to texture it in Substance Painter... Maybe give me a drawing of what would be the best topo here? Trying to avoid triangles and the lover part of the blade is a big problem for me not sure how to make that part. And also the Handle is not a problem, just the blade...
