Hey Wolfer, yeah things like that will never relax perfectly straight. To be honest you could just leave it like that, it won't make a crazy difference but one thing I'd recommend is to use the "quick peel" button in the unwrap editor instead of relax. Hello cyberdemon, sorry I never baked with the Marmoset baker but the substance painter curvature maps are supposed to look that way. Don't get too worried about the grainy factor!

Hello kamira!

It looks like you still have an active selection for the whole foot. Go back to the editable poly and make sure you deselect any polygons (meaning what currently shows red needs to be not red simply put).
Otherwise chamfer modifier will get confused. Try that and see if that works :)
